Commissioned Saddle made by West Brothers of Center, TX for former President Bush

These Paso Fino saddles are a modern day version of the old McClellan with narrower bars and a fully padded seat. The saddle is designed to be lightweight, attractive and functional . J.M. Yancey uses the finest leather available, and the saddletrees are covered with a coating that is far more durable and protective than the standard raw hide wrap. These are the finest Paso Fino saddles in the world. Made in USA.

"These saddles are made from leather Russ Murray of Murray Saddle Shop purchased from us. Which turned out terrific. He said "the leather works nicely for me." Russ has a saddle shop in Washoe Valley, NV and spend a lot of time with Bill Maloy a saddle maker who is a member of the TCAA to learn as much as he can from him.
He said "It is a privilege to learn from someone with his skills."

Don Jensen of "Don's Custom Gun Stock Carving and Leather Works" , mainly does holsters, belts, horse tack, knife sheaths, wallets and purses. The knife sheath in the picture is for the archery hunter. It will hold a blade up to 9" long and 2" wide. The space next to the blade is for a file to sharpen arrow heads. The holster is one that you can use the base and just make a holster for the gun or guns the owner has and then snap the holster to the backing unit. One unit is a belt buckle. I do these on special orders and carving the picture of the owners choice. The breast color (notice it's resting on one of Siegel shipping cartons) is for parades. This is what he has said "I enjoy working with your leathers and have never had a bad piece shipped to me. Thanks for your very good service."

This is a picture of a pair of saddle bags that Bob Klenda made from our skirting leather. He said "I like the leather, it carves, oils, and antiques well. Once in a while a side is softer than it should be but otherwise it is really a joy to use."

"Here are a few examples of items that Lance Paulson of Crusader Leathers has made with our leather. This is what he had to say: I am a vendor at medieval faires and also create allot of itmes for traditional archery which I sell on line. Several years ago I asked fellow Trad Gangers (a site dedicated to traditional archers and bowyers) who do leatherwork who they buy their leather from because the prices at our local leather store had become just far to expensive. I was told to give your leather a try and that I wouldn’t ever regret it…..and I can truly say that is true! I have received nothing but the best service and leather I have ever used.
Lance Paulson - Crusader Leathers
